When will my order be shipped?
We schedule your order immediately at the confirmation of your order, orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. We will drop you a line via email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
When will my order arrive at my door?

Any import duties or taxes imposed by their country are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE?
Yes! However, we cannot guarantee your order will absolutely arrive in the above stated timeframes,
because we cannot control the mail. For those rare occasions where the customer has not received an order, we will regard it as “lost in transit” and resend your order.
For UK orders, we will regard orders as lost in transit if you have not received them after 10 business days.
For orders within the EU after 18 business days we will regard it as “lost in transit” and resend your order.
WILL MY MULTIPLE ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE ORDER?
Yes, multiple items in the same order will be shipped together in one package. Please note that orders containing pre-sales or back ordered items wait to ship together when all items are in stock.

No.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU USE THE LASHES?
If you take care of them properly, they can be used up to 10 times.
HOW DO YOU CLEAN YOUR FALSE LASHES?
Gently wipe the lash band and lashes with eye makeup remover. Place lashes back on lash tray when you have finished wiping lashes.

ARE LASHES SAFE TO WEAR WITH CONTACTS?
No.
HOW DO YOU REMOVE LASHES SAFLEY FROM THE TRAY?
Gently lift the lash from the tray using fingers or tweezers. Do not pull too hard as it may rip the lash hairs off and damage the false lashes.
HOW TO REMOVE LASHES FROM EYES AFTER USE?
- Begin by using makeup remover pads to dissolve the lash glue gently.
- Hold the skin taut near your temple with one hand and with the other hand, place your fingers on the outer corner of the lash and gently pull the lash towards the inner corner of your eye.
- Since the lash adheres to the skin and not the natural lashes, there is no risk of damage to your natural lashes during removal.
- After removing the lashes, use makeup remover pads again to clean any remaining glue from your eyelids and the lash band. This ensures a clean surface for future use.
CAN I SLEEP WEARING MY LASHES?
Yes.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO APPLY THE LASHES AFTER APPLYING THE LASH GLUE?
After applying the lash glue, wait for about 30 seconds to allow it to become tacky. Then, apply another layer of glue and wait an additional 30 seconds. This method helps the lashes adhere better and last longer. Adding multiple layers of glue increases the longevity of the lash attachment.
WHY ARE MY EYES SWOLLEN AFTER USING THE LASHES AND GLUE?
You could be having an allergic reaction to the glue or lash fibers. Please contact your physician if the problem persists.
HOW DO I PREVENT THE LASH FROM POKING MY INNER / OUTER EYE?
To avoid the discomfort of lashes poking your inner or outer eye, it’s essential to customize them to fit your natural eye shape. Begin by measuring the lash against your eyelid and then trim any excess from the outer corner. This method maintains the lash’s style while ensuring a comfortable fit. Start with small trims and gradually adjust until you achieve the desired fit.
