Should you receive a faulty product, kindly inform us within 14 days of delivery. We will dispatch a replacement or provide a refund. Reach out to us via contact@leluxelash.com and include your order number and a photo of the defect.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, return the product, and we’ll promptly issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).
Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@leluxelash.com to confirm your eligibility for a return before sending the product back.
Important Shipping Note
For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if it’s lost during transit.
Cancellations/Changes
Should you need to adjust or cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We process and dispatch orders swiftly, and once processed by our warehouse, changes cannot be accommodated. Understand that orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
